Returns: Final Sale Policy

Are Returns Accepted?

All sales are final. Returns or exchanges will only be accepted in cases where there has been an error on our part, such as incorrect or missing items.

Conditions for Returns Due to Errors

If there is an error with your order, please adhere to the following conditions:

  • Invoice Required: A clear photo of the invoice must be provided via email or messenger within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Proof of Error: Provide a picture of the received items clearly showing the error, along with the invoice.
  • Unopened Products Only: If the incorrect item was shipped, it must remain unopened to be eligible for return.

Return Process for Errors

  1. Contact Customer Service: Email us at websales@ohanakavabar.com to report the issue.
  2. Receive Return Materials: If eligible, we will provide you with a prepaid Return Shipping Label and a Priority Mail Envelope to send the incorrect product back to us.
  3. Resolution: Once we receive the returned item, we will promptly ship the correct product to you.

Important Note: No returns or corrections will be processed if the required documentation or conditions are not met.


Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. A $10 cancellation processing fee will apply to all canceled orders.


Shipping Policy

Processing Times

  • Monday through Friday: Orders placed before 12:00 PM MST typically ship the same day.
  • Saturday: Orders placed before 10:00 AM MST will usually ship the same day.
  • Sunday: No shipping is processed on Sundays.

Important Shipping Notes

  • While we strive to ship orders promptly, same-day shipping cannot be guaranteed in all circumstances.
  • Delivery times depend on the carrier and chosen shipping method. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.
